This special day-long series of 3 sessions will include practical methods for better managing your valuable and limited time, including:

  • setting realistic project schedules
  • creating project plans with attainable milestones
  • identifying problems early in the process
  • transforming ambiguous projects into focused efforts with tangible results

You will leave with not only better methods to organizing a project and your time, but also clearer communications skills to help your fellow employees, volunteers and board.
